Our mission is to train individuals in constantly varied, functional movements, at a high intensity in order for them to become their best both physically and mentally. Preparing them for both the unknown and the unknowable.
With small class training our members become better prepared for life’s everyday demands.
We strive to provide the highest level instruction, community and camaraderie, and functional fitness to individuals. We continually do what previously we thought impossible.

Phoenix CrossFit Eight begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of Phoenix CrossFit t is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness.
Our qualified coaches lead the program for each group class, with a max. of 16 attendees, so you get amazing attention and support. Our Long Term Member Development Program allows members to join a class at the level appropriate for them (YOU) and get the required intensity to work towards their goals.
