Constantly pushing my boundaries and accomplishing the unexpected. Intensity. Variety. The feeling after a good workout. The community.

One piece of advice you would give to someone who wants to give CrossFit a go?
Burpees are fun!
Don't be afraid or intimidated. If you make it through the first 3-4 weeks you better get ready for a long journey. CrossFit changes lifes!
