Phoenix CrossFit Limited

This is your classic WOD class and the cornerstone of the schedules at CrossFit Eight

Each session starts with a targeted warm-up, approx 10 minutes

 

Followed by a skill and/or strength segment to isolate and practice specific element/movement. 

 

Followed by the Workout of the Day (WOD); a high-intensity, functional group workout in a fun environment - scaled to suit your fitness level

These classes are capped at 16 people and provide a fun and encouraging environment to develop your fitness.

This class is open to everyone who has graduated from our Intro Class program, or are experienced CrossFitters who have completed a CrossFit intro programme elsewhere.
